"Al final de la estadía lo llevé en auto al aeropuerto y en un momento del viaje me dijo, de una forma que sentí tajante: “Mirá ahora depende de nosotros, puede ser que no nos veamos más, o cultivar algo que puede llegar a ser una amistad”. Esa frase que en su momento me pareció extraña, esa tajancia, me sirvió de mucho. Qué palabra fuerte, qué palabra linda esa de maestro y Horacio González contribuyó mucho para poner esa palabra en su debido lugar, entre la donación y la pasión por transmitir para un otro, que siempre tiene una historia y ficciones constitutivas."...
